TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All molds used in the process of making up the bronzed or bonded resin paw print(s) will remain the property of Paws For Keeps, LLC and will not be returned with the final product.

Paws For Keeps, LLC shall not and will not be held liable or responsible for loss during shipping via United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) via Priority mail, Fed-Ex or UPS and buyer’s recourse shall be solely through them. All items will be insured for their replacement value upon shipping.

All Paws For Keeps, LLC Gift Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of issue and Paws For Keeps, LLC cannot and will not replace stolen or lost Gift Certificates.

Paws For Keeps, LLC will gladly refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, any items not specially ordered or personalized products within 30 days of receipt and shall issue any refunds to the same credit card upon which the original purchase was made. In this event, please contact Paws For Keeps, LLC to arrange for the item/s return to include the cost of shipping the return. Items which are customized or special orders are non- refundable and non-exchangeable.

ALL specifications for special orders or personalized items must be set out at the time of placing your order and your submission of such confirms the accuracy of your order. Therefore, please ensure that you read carefully your requirements prior to finalizing your order.

Due to the multiple processes involved in the making of the bronzed paw prints, please allow 3 weeks from receipt of your clay paw print(s) by Paws For Keeps, LLC for the final bronzed paw prints to be shipped to you from Paws For Keeps, LLC.

Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your clay paw print(s) by Paws For Keeps, LLC for any bonded resin paw print(s) to be shipped to you. Please allow 4 business days for any other specially ordered, personalized products to be shipped to you from Paws For Keeps, LLC. All standard, non-personalized orders will be shipped by Paws For Keeps, LLC within two business days (national holidays excepted) of placing and paying for your order.
